We offer $5 flat rate shipping on domestic orders, and FREE shipping for domestic orders over $50.

Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, please allow for 3-5 business days to process orders. All items will be shipped via USPS with tracking.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is fulfilled. Please be sure to provide a secure shipping location, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

While the earrings are sealed with a protective finish, they are made out of paper and require careful handling. 

• Avoid getting wet
• Avoid direct contact with perfume & lotion
• Remove before sleep or exercise
• Clean and polish metal parts with soft cloth
• Store in a cool, dry place

For any inquiries about returns and exchanges, please email hello@mimisorigamis.com. Customers are eligible for an exchange or store credit.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery date.

Items must be mailed back within 7 days of return authorization.

Since we are a small business, we cannot cover return shipping. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs and returns must have a tracking number to receive store credit.

*Custom orders are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
