SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

Shipping

  • All US orders over $50 ship FREE.

  • $5 flat rate shipping applies for domestic orders under $50.

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but will be offered in the near future! 

  • Due to the handmade nature of the pieces, please allow for 3-5 business days to process orders. Custom orders will take longer.

  • All items will be shipped via USPS with tracking. Once shipped, most orders take 3-5 business days to arrive.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is shipped out. Please be sure to provide a secure shipping location, as I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Returns

Returns

  • For any inquiries about returns and exchanges, please email hello@mimisorigamis.com. If approved, customers are eligible for an exchange or store credit.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery date.

  • Items must be mailed back within 7 days of return authorization.

  • Since we are a small business, we cannot cover return shipping. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs and returns must have a tracking number to receive store credit. *Custom orders are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS                                                                      If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact me so I can make it right and send you a replacement.
